08:30 – Depart Barcelona
Meet your guide at our office opposite the Palau de la Música. Travel north in a comfortable minivan as your guide introduces the day’s destinations.
10:00 – Besalú
Enjoy a guided walking tour of this beautifully preserved medieval village. Cross the iconic Romanesque bridge, see the 12th-century Jewish mikveh, and explore the charming streets lined with arcades and artisan shops.
11:45 – Scenic drive past Castellfollit de la Roca
Admire this dramatic town perched on a narrow basalt cliff — a popular photo stop from the road.
12:15 – Rupit
Arrive in this fairytale village of cobbled alleys and stone houses. Your guide will show you highlights like the Church of Sant Miquel and the hanging wooden bridge. You’ll have free time for lunch in one of the local restaurants.
14:45 – Drive through El Montseny Natural Park
Travel along mountain roads with lush forest views, heading toward Tavertet.
15:30 – Tavertet
Take a short walk through this peaceful village, declared a National Cultural Heritage site. Visit the Romanesque church and enjoy panoramic views from the cliffs overlooking the Sau Reservoir.
